... but at the same time instead !

I've stopped working for the environnemental company, where i was since november 2008, since last november...

And i started my own business as freelancer since december the 1st ;
And i've finished my first pro custommer website since december the 4th (five days of hard work, creating all from scratch : from texts, graphics, site structure, infographics, to custom tiny php collection of several functions and classes) !
And i've delivered minor flash and contents updates to another contact, get in touch with another contact for a major website refreshing, a company DVD demo for an eco-houses project ...

Last but not least, i've discovered an amazing proprietary (in opposite to open-source or free)3d app', which is in good rank to become my favorite one ... but shhh, say no more, it's still in testing level for the moment)
Sadly, i have to admit that Blender 3D don't fill my needs in terms of speed and ergonomics use in my professionnal daylife, despite the quality of the 2.5a version. (note the "a" for "Alpha", i'm keeping great expectations about the 2.5 and keep looking at what will be done on it for the future ^___^)

As for Gimp versus Photoshop, the first thing which speaks in favor of Photoshop is the ergonomy of the UI, particularly in the layers and objects management domain.
The ability of grouping things, organizing them with layers and groups of layers in the form of directories, that is one thing amongst many others that makes me prefer using Photoshop in 2D or other commercial apps in 3D instead of great free applications.
I woul'd like to find in my favorites free apps, like Blender 3D and Gimp for example, these shortcuts, drags and drops, combos, that spare me so much time !
